Alec’s Mint Fudge Brownie
The perfect combination
Mint chocolate chip is one of my favorite ice cream flavors and this is like the elevated, more decadent version of that. Silky mint ice cream swirled with ribbons of fudge and chunks of brownie. The fresh mint flavor with the chocolate is just perfect. It’s cool, light, creamy and chocolatey.
But before we dive into the deliciousness, I want to tell you why I love Alec’s (outside of their divine flavors) and why I am partnering with them to create this recipe! PS: Mint Fudge Brownie is now available at Sprouts!!! More locations are coming soooon so check out the store locator to find it near you.
Alec’s is one of those brands where you can genuinely taste the difference. Every pint is crafted with real, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, without any shortcuts.
Their ice cream is made with A2 dairy, which for me is way easier to digest than conventional dairy. Instead of the typical A1 protein found in most milk, A2 dairy contains a different protein structure that can be gentler on the gut.
They are also committed to regenerative agriculture, sourcing ingredients in ways that support healthier soil, more sustainable farming practices, and a better food system overall. Their ice cream uses organic regenerative raw cane sugar, cage-free eggs, and simple ingredients you actually recognize.
& best of all, their ice cream has a clean label base. Each ingredient has a purpose. So that means:
•No gums
•No emulsifiers
•No artificial stabilizers
•No seed oils
•No artificial sweeteners
•No preservatives
Just simple ingredients doing exactly what they’re meant to do, nothing extra. So many ice creams out there rely on stabilizers and additives to mimic creaminess, & Alecs proves that real ingredients create the best texture and flavor naturally. You truly taste and feel the difference.
